La Bomba Dance

On Saturday, I had a fantastic day first of all I passed my theory test, so I’m one step closer to be coming a fully qualified driver. I got 47/50 on the questions and 59/75 on Hazard Perception.

On the evening, I danced to King Africas La Bomba, for the Wribbenhall Social Clubs Got Talent. I came runner up, with my mate dancing to Big Fish from Bob The Builder coming first.

iPhone updates

As you know I’m an iPhone finatic, and this week Apple gave its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). Here they launched iPhone OS 3.0 software update and also released a new handset the iPhone 3GS.

iPhone OS Software Update

On Wednesday June 17 2009 iPhone will be releasing the latest software update 3,0. The features in this update are truly what I’ve been waiting for.

MMS – You now have the ability to send picture messages, audio and contact information using Multimedia Messaging Service. If your an O2 pay monthly customer, sending one MMS will use 4 of your text allowance.

Copy & Paste – Can now copy and paste information, giving you the ability to send information without having to type it. Copy & Paste will work by tapping the start of the copy and then tapping again for the finish.

Internet Tethering – This feature allows you to use your iPhone as an internet modem, so if your in the car with your laptop with no wi-fi plug in your iPhone and your away. Tethering will not be free, however the prices are as follows 3GB usage is £14.68 month or if you want 10GB it’s £29.36.

MobileMe – If your a MobileMe customer you will have the ability to logon to your account and find your iPhone. If your worried about the data on your phone you can send a command from your control panal and will wipe your data.

iPhone 3GS

I haven’t done much research for this however, the new features this iPhone will have are: Video recording, better camera and better graphics.

o2, this time are not offering you a free upgrade to iPhone 3GS. Instead you will need to pay to end your contract and then pay any charges for your new iPhone 3GS.

Personally, all the features in the new iPhone are not really beneifical to me and therefore will be staying with my iPhone 3G.

Shoppin and Sexy Poll

Yesterday, I went to Merry Hill at 11, with my work mate Dave. We got to Merry Hill parked up in the Multi Storey as, in Dave’s words “it keeps the car cooler”. I will tell you that it still was like an oven when we got back to the car.

We had a cheese burger from McDonalds and then went looking for summer clothes. We first went into Primark, looked around at the clohes but were all dark colours.

We finally got into Sports World and finally found out feet,  I had brought 4 tops and a pair of 3/4’s.  I only spent about £30.

We started back at about 1:15 and stopped at a pub and had a carvery. When we was eating this, we started to sweat, the food kept me full up until 8pm, DING DONG!

As soon as I got back at 2:15, I left straight away with my Mom to go to Worcester Hospital to visit my Grandad. He was admitted Sunday late evening, with chest and back pain. We had spoke to a Doctor and will know more today, with regards to his CT Scan.

B’Holiday Weekend!

This has got to be the best Bank Holiday weekend for since for as long as I can remember.

Naturally I was off Friday & Saturday however, because of changes I was given Sunday off as well.

Friday, I had my brother at home, he was ill from work, had a big headache. Slept most of the day so didn’t cause me any bother.

Saturday, I ran a Dart Tournament at Wribbenhall Social Club used my computer to randomise the draw. Here are the winners, left to right, Matt Sheehan, Rob Millichip (Vice Chairman), Timmy Green and Darren Edwards.

Today as I write this I have only just woke up at 10:30 from hearing the door bell go, my brother was out last night and my dad left the key in the door, arrrgh!!!

Later I will be going for a BBQ, my dad will be cooking though lol, he is the best!! I hope to be home for 8:00 for Britains Got Talent, I really want Faces Of Disco to go through!

Monday, will be work for me 12-6 however it’s planned for nice weather so hope for a quiet day.

Free time is the best time!!!

What a fantastic week I have had. 

On Sunday, I went for a carvery to the Loom and Shuttle with my Mom, Dad, Brother and my Auntie and Nan and Grandad.

I had a full carvery with lots of mint sauce, which you can see from my picture.

When we finished our food we all went over my Auntie’s and relaxed under her new gazebo.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I was working and due to the absolutely fantastic gorgeous weather, work was extremely dead and therefore haven’t really got anything to say about those days, except that I had missed the sunshine.

On Wednesday morning I had my driving lesson went on a Bridgnorth route, After my driving lesson I booked my second theory test, if you remember, I had failed my first theory test back in April, however I wanted to practise more until I rebooked. My theory test is now on Saturday 20 June 2009.

After going to sleep late Wednesday evening at 1am, I had a lie in until 11, went on my xbox and played Call Of Duty. At 1pm I got up, got dressed came downstairs, watched the TV couldn’t do much as it was pissing it down. At 3pm I had a gentlemen come to the door about doing a survey, I invited him in and he asked me questions on, mothercare, lottery, betting shops and insurance companies.

On Friday I went to work for 8-3,  work was quite busy at about 11 for a few minutes running around a bit. I came home and my mom had told me the good news about my brother passing his driving test, on the second time. I am absolutely pleased for him, he can now pick me up from work lol, oh great lol!

I am off Saturday now and have absolutely nothing planned, due to the bad weather. I will be watching Eurovision on the evening to see how we get on. They have changed the voting system now, 50% of the votes are from the general public and 50% from a panel of experts, so I’m hoping for us to do 50% better than previous years lol.

I read in the paper today that:

1 in 10 people waiting in a queue are dreaming about sex…. Are you one of these people??? I certainly am!!

That’s it for this week, no audio blog I’m afraid got a really non showbiz voice at the moment, very groggy!

First Week Back 2 Work

Monday last week was my first day back to work and found it really hard to know what was what. Where certain laptops were or stock, however after two hours I was back on my feet, back to the normal routine.

Tuesday I had the day off, and had my driving lesson, which went really well, drove on a Bridgnorth run. I never crashed LOL.

The rest of that week went really quiet not many people about,  On Thursday, I brought a new LG TV 32″ for my Mom & Dad and brought an Xbox 360 with Call Of Duty 4 for myself. DING DONG!!!

Saturday was quiet at work not many people about, I finished work at 4, came home played on Xbox for an hour, then got changed into a shirt and trousers as it was my mate Ashleigh’s 18th Birthday. I drank way too much,  4 cans of Magners, 3 shots of Vodka and 2 vodka and lemonade. I only remember coming home at 11 being sick, Was not good.

Sunday I got up at 8:30 felt dissy getting out of bed, went to work for 10, was really an awful day for me, felt so bad.

When I came home Sunday I catched up with “All Star Mr & Mrs” where Keith Duffy and his wife were on. I also watched “Britains Got Talent”, really felt that this week auditions were not as good as previous shows, however, I am definitely sure the show will rock this week!

Bank Holiday Monday was really busy at work, quite a few customers, mainly browsing. I spent most of the day doing admin work for my boss.

I am so glad I am off today and tomorrow, just ordered GTA IV for my Xbox 360, hopefully should come Friday.
